Chloie's Baptism

Chloie was welcomed into the Catholic family today! She was such a wonderful little baby throughout the ceremony, smiling at Father Greg for every annointing. I was so grateful that Uncle Al made it out to witness her baptism and sad that Aunt Emily wasn't able to be here. I was also very thankful for the wonderful Natzke family to stay and watch Owen and take pictures for us. Of course we wish that all of our family and friends had been here, but it was still a very special day. Actually, the whole weekend was special with Uncle Al visiting. We had lots of pool time with Owen deciding that he loves being thrown into the water. "Throw Dada, please," was Owen's phrase of the weekend. Al and I even got up at 4:30 this morning to hike the Superstition Mountains before the Arizona heat set in. How nice it was to hike without being pregnant or carrying a 20 pound baby on my front! And the mountains were just beautiful in the early morning light along with the good company.
